Does QPIX provide repairing service and what is the cost?

QPIX is dedicated to producing high quality, eco-friendly products and committed to care customer through the whole product life cycle via great service.

Products under warranty we provide free repairing or swapping. For out of warranty products, we repair most of model at cost including spare parts, postage and labour.

Why my digital photo frame can't play some photos or videos properly? 

Please check the photo or video files on computer whether the files are in correct format and undamaged.

If the photos or videos can play via computer, please check the technical specification of your digital photo frame and upgrade the digital photo frame software if necessary.

How could I remove the warning mark and continue scanning film?

The warning mark is triggered when the internal memory of the film scanner or SD card is full. Please check whether the SD card is too big or locked. Most models support SD card upto 32G. Please format the internal memory via computer or the scanner. Here is step by step of formatting the internal memory via computer,

1. Connect the scanner with computer via USB cable supplied.

2. Power on the scanner. Please select MSDC on the main menu of the scanner.

3. The screen of scanner will turn off and a driver marked NO NAME will appear on computer. That is the internal memory of the scanner.

4. Back up the files in NO NAME if required and format it.
